Terms of service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Stoxiva by HiServe ("Stoxiva", "we") for using Stoxiva to run your store. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by staff you invite.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Nigerian law.
2. Your store and products
You own your store content: product names, photos, prices and descriptions. You give us permission to host and display it so your store works.
You may only sell lawful products you're allowed to sell, describe them honestly, and deliver what buyers pay for. We may remove content or suspend a store that breaks the law or these terms.
3. Plans, trials and billing
New stores get a 14-day free trial of the Wholesale plan. When it ends, your store moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.
Paid plans are prepaid for 3 months or a year and do not renew automatically. You can cancel any time: your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
If you switch plans part-way, the unused days of your current plan are converted into extra time on the new plan, based on the plans' prices.
If a paid plan ends, it keeps working for 3 more days while you renew, then the store moves to the Free plan. Products over the Free plan's limits stay in place; you just can't add more until you upgrade.
Our plans, their features and limits, and our prices are subject to change at any time. We'll tell you about changes that affect you, and give at least 30 days' notice before a price increase. Changes never affect a period you've already paid for.
"Unlimited" products on the Distributor plan is subject to fair use: up to 50,000 products and normal storage and traffic for a business store. If a store needs more, we'll agree a custom plan with you first — we never remove products without talking to you.
4. Payments from your buyers
Online payments are processed by QorePay, a licensed payment provider. Payments are subject to QorePay's terms.
QorePay charges a processing fee on every transaction. At the time of writing: 1.5% + ₦100 on naira payments (the ₦100 is waived under ₦2,500, and the fee is capped at ₦2,000), and 6.8% on international (USD) payments, plus 7.5% VAT on fees. This fee is QorePay's, not ours, and is taken from the payment before it reaches you. QorePay may change its fees; its current rates at qorepay.com/pricing apply.
Stoxiva takes no cut of your sales on any plan, including the Free plan.
5. Your wallet and withdrawals
Payments buyers make online through your store or a payment link are collected by QorePay and held in QorePay's partner account. Your Stoxiva wallet shows your share: the amount paid minus QorePay's processing fee.
Each sale can be withdrawn from the next business day, in line with QorePay's settlement. Public holidays may add a day.
Withdrawals go to the bank account you save in your wallet, which must be in your name or your business's name. They're paid by QorePay and carry a small QorePay transfer fee, taken from the amount sent. For your security, each withdrawal needs a one-time code we email to the store owner.
Payments you record yourself (bank transfer, cash) are already with you and don't pass through the wallet.
We may hold a withdrawal while we look into suspected fraud, a chargeback or a breach of these terms, and we'll tell you why.
You are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns and refunds with your buyers, and for any taxes on your sales.
Reports, including profit and VAT summaries, are worked out from what you record in Stoxiva and are there to help you. You remain responsible for your accounts and tax filings; check figures with your accountant before filing.
If you sell on credit, the credit is between you and your buyer: you decide who gets it and you carry the risk if they don't pay. Stoxiva only records what's owed and sends reminders on your behalf. Proformas and invoices are issued by you, in your business's name.
6. Your own domain
If you connect a domain, you buy it and you own it. We only connect it to your store. If your plan no longer includes custom domains, visitors are sent to your stoxiva.com address instead.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Stoxiva to break the law, send spam, sell counterfeit or prohibited goods, attack our systems, or access other sellers' data.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Stoxiva running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time and will tell you about changes that matter.
9. Liability
Stoxiva is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Stoxiva at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
